Payroll Processing

You enter the time and we do the rest! First, we will work with you to make sure you are using the most efficient method of time entry possible for your situation. Then after time is posted every week, we will pick up the process from there and let you know when your EFT file is ready to be uploaded to your bank. All processing steps are customized based on the Customer's needs.

Payroll Reporting

This will also be customized to the Customer's needs and spelled out in the SOW prior to Go Live.

Union Uploads
Certifieds
Prevailing Wage
Child Support

The only requirement is that the report is able to be uploaded and that an export report is in place to pull the appropriate data.

Tax Filing via Aatrix

The Customer will be required to enroll in the full E-file service with Aatrix and get all of their States set up within Aatrix. This is something we can help with if needed, but we do have templates and guidelines that will help with the process. Our team will make sure that all returns are filed and paid according to an agreed upon schedule.

Other Tax Filing

Not all required Tax Filing is covered by Aatrix (primarily Local Tax Returns) so we can also file those for you if electronic upload is available and proper logins are provided.
